Associate - High Net Worth Client Management

You are required to provide case management of High Net Worth (HNW) cases for all channels (Agency, Financial Advisers, Bancassurance, Brokers), including the fulfilment process for Agency financing submissions.

Responsibilities

• Prelim submissions: Co-ordinate prelim enquiry submissions and ensure fast turnaround for requirement gathering.
• Formal submissions: Co-ordinate submission of formal applications, ensuring completeness of submission documentation & receipt of the hardcopy proposal pack.
• Provide timely updates re Letter of Conditional Acceptance (LCA) and Standard Letter of Query (SLQ).
• Handle queries related to submitted preliminary and formal cases.
• Provide regular & timely pending cases update to the distribution platform (BDMs and Distribution Reps).
• Facilitate premium financing applications as part of case management.
