Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Employee Services





+ Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and professional support.



+ Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.



+ Prepare and issue employment-related documents such as employment certificates, exit certificates, and government-required forms.



+ Plan and support HR events.









Onboarding & Orientation





+ Coordinate pre-onboarding activities, documentation, and system readiness for new hires.
