Job Summary
We are seeking an HR Executive with hands-on experience in HR Operations, Onboarding, Background Verification (BGV), Invoicing and HR Systems Management. The ideal candidate needs to have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and HRIS tools.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires.
- Call new joiners daily and ensure completion of pre-joining formalities.
- Liaise with HR Partners for timely communication and document completion.
- Maintain defined TATs for onboarding activities and publish reports.
- Oversee the onboarding-to-background verification lifecycle.
Background Verification (BGV)
- Initiate and manage BGV checks for new hires.
- Monitor and track TAT at each stage of the BGV process.
- Coordinate with external vendors for employment, education, and criminal checks.
- Review BGV reports, resolve discrepancies, and close cases with HR Partners.
