POSITION SUMMARY

As an Associate Consultant at Ferrilli, you will support colleges and universities in addressing their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) needs, with a focus on Ellucian Banner HR. Working under the guidance of senior consultants, you will assist with configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, and analysis of tasks that help ensure project success. This role is part of the Professional Services team and reports to a director, and ultimately, to the VP of Professional Services.
