We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, IM Research II to join our Asset Management team. This role is located in Pune. 


In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 




























  • Support Implementation Lead to design and develop key changes for RI operating model 


  • Support data requirements for internal governance groups including the Ratings and Exclusions group and Net Zero monitoring system


  • Support processing ESG surveys and responding to credit analyst queries


  • Support data requirements for client and regulatory reporting as well as ad hoc client queries 


  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of dashboards including sustainability dashboard, producing management information for impact committee


  • Ongoing data architecture build including workflow related to collected data ingestion and data gap filling


  • Support RI team in their stewardship and thematic research

 


To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 



  • Some understanding of the asset management industry and basic knowledge of investment markets, strategies, products, and fund structures would be desirable.

  • Min 3 plus of work experience is required.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is a must

  • Strong background in data analysis and advanced skills in Excel

  • An interest in ESG, sustainable and responsible investing is key. Advanced data management skills (excel) also required

  • A technical background in ESG reporting/ data management would be desirable but is not a pre-requisite

  • Similar experience at a competitor organization would be beneficial
