Requirements:

  • Highly focused individual with a self-driven and execution-oriented attitude
  • Execute end-to-end implementation of RegTech applications for clients
  • Ability to understand client requirements, configure, validate, and deploy deliverables accurately
  • Should be able to coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations) to ensure smooth implementation
  • Should be able to plan implementation tasks and track progress
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Prepare and maintain implementation documentation
  • Good and effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on 100% accuracy in deliverables
  • Should be agile, proactive, and adaptable to changing requirements
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, demonstrating ownership and accountability

Qualifications


  • Graduate or Postgraduate in BBA / B.Com / BSc / BA / BMS / MA / MBA / M.Com or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of experience in implementation, operations, client delivery, or process execution roles
  • Experience working in client-facing roles with responsibility for delivery coordination and execution
  • Basic understanding of data concepts (CSV/XML/JSON files, field mapping, validations) preferred
  • Prior experience working with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting, tracking, and documentation
  • Proven ability to execute tasks under strict timelines while maintaining high accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to follow defined processes, SOPs, and implementation guidelines effectively
