Responsibilities may include analyzing warehouse data, designing new warehouse layouts/process, implementing automation like AS/RS and conveyors, and maintaining warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software.

Serve as the point of contact for process related activities and communications for a given Site Managed (SM) or Site Managed Plus (SM+) locations, including supported sites. Accountable for organizing and hosting business process review and for demonstrating compliance for the applicable process. Responsibilities. Role demands active participation in business process review and improvement discussions among the site(s) and the System Level Process team. Responsible for introducing standard methods and deploying standard tools to their site(s) and organizing site business process review and demonstrating compliance to standards. Develop and maintain site(s) specific process artifacts. Reporting of process performance to site management. Work with the System Level Process owner to manage site(s) level risk. Maintain local procedure, workflow, checklists as job aids for the performers.
