Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensure quality standards are achieved Liaise between the client and India delivery teams Work as a team member Work on client system through remote access Prepare and supervise Reports for Delivery Maintain personal and team records of work done Train team members on processes including contract review and management Manage timeline Required Skills/Abilities:
High level of positive attitude Effective time management skills Fluent in written and oral English at all levels both internally and externally Professional approach to problem solving Good decision-making abilities on the job Target Driven Keen eye for detail Ability to adapt any process changes in a minimal time period ‘can do’ attitude, including ability to be flexible with working shift patterns Education and Experience:
Law Graduate/ LLM 0-2 years’ experience in Contract review, drafting and negotiation
