Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ensure quality standards are achieved
  • Liaise between the client and India delivery teams
  • Work as a team member
  • Work on client system through remote access
  • Prepare and supervise Reports for Delivery
  • Maintain personal and team records of work done
  • Train team members on processes including contract review and management
  • Manage timeline

  • Fluent in written and oral English at all levels both internally and externally

  • Education and Experience:

  • Law Graduate/ LLM
  • 0-2 years’ experience in Contract review, drafting and negotiation
