Key Responsibilities:

• Receipt of physical invoices and claim forms from branches.
• Acknowledging the receipt of documents in our system.
• Filing of documents on a regular and systematic basis.
• Handling banking and other essential outside work.
• Carrying out any other duties as instructed by the Supervisor or Manager.
• Knowing and adhering to current Safety Regulations.
• Responding to emergency call-in situations as required.
