Internal Communications Specialist
Are you a natural storyteller with a flair for writing and a passion for people? We’re looking for someone who can bring our internal stories to life, someone who knows how to craft content that connects, informs, and inspires employees across the globe.
If you have 3–6 years of experience in journalism, media, or communications and love turning ideas into engaging narratives, this role could be a great fit. From writing compelling copy to hosting events and capturing stories, you’ll help shape how we communicate what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and alignment across the organization, using a mix of internal channels.
- Write and edit high-impact content including briefing documents, campaign copy, employee stories, and press/talking points for leaders, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values.
- Partner with stakeholders and creative teams to deliver visually compelling assets for branding and internal promotions.
- Lead the planning and execution of high-impact internal events – town halls, leadership connects, and engagement activities.
Skills & Experience
- Strong content writing, copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Background in journalism, media, or communications with a knack for storytelling.
- Being comfortable with on-camera presence for hosting or moderating internal events is a plus
- Experience managing internal campaigns and working with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging narratives.
- Strong verbal communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Solid project management capabilities, with experience driving cross-functional initiatives.
