Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Learning and Development Partner to join our IP Training Team -IP360 in NOIDA. This is an amazing opportunity to work with the Training Team and help grow and upskill young and dynamic IP professionals. The team consists of 6 Trainers and an E-learning developer, all reporting to the Associate Director, Service Operations.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience and 1+ year in current role.

  • In-depth knowledge of Patents and Trademarks (The National, International and Regional Systems and the basic concepts of Patents & Trademarks)

  • Education - Bachelor's degree in any stream

  • It would be great if you also had . . .  

  • Prior experience of working IP Management systems like, Foundation IP, IP Manager, Anaqua, IP Folio etc.

  • Train the Trainer, instructional designing is a plus.

  • What will you be doing in this role? 

  • As an Associate Learning and Development Partner, the incumbent will be responsible for providing guidance and support to the team of IP professionals, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge in IP law. This may involve providing training, mentoring, and coaching to the team, as well as working closely with them to identify areas for improvement and growth.

  • In addition to having a strong knowledge of IP laws and Prosecution, the ideal candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to work well in a team environment and have a passion for helping others to learn and grow.

  • About the Team  

    The IP360 team, a global training team, is responsible for enabling the Global workforce situated in Noida, IN, the US, and Belgrade, Serbia on Intellectual Property. The team consists of five IP- Trainers who, on average, have 12 years of IP experience. Their areas of expertise are patents and trademarks.

    Hours of Work  

    The incumbent is required to work during India working hours and, on occasion, during US working hours only for conducting sessions.
