Job Description
About the Role:
This role combines project coordination for Zeta's flagship learning academy with support for broader Learning & OD initiatives across the organization. You will manage the planning, delivery, and tracking of the academy program, while also working with stakeholders to design, implement, and measure learning interventions for specific Organizational Units (OUs) and at the Zeta level. Success in this role will require strong organizational skills, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for creating impactful learner experiences.
