General Function

Within a team-based organization, you will perform diverse physical and transactional operations to support production, repair, development, and non-production (MRO) requirements. Collaborate with team members to coordinate efforts, develop capabilities, complete training, communicate status, and lead change to improve team performance. Utilize metrics and data to meet or exceed safety, quality, delivery, cost, and lean performance goals.
