Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, including structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions.Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and related agreements.Conduct legal due diligence and provide risk assessments to clients.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless deal execution.Stay updated on legal developments and regulatory changes impacting M&A transactions.Contribute to the development of the firm's M&A practice through thought leadership and client engagement.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Maintain a high level of professionalism and client service in all interactions.
