Summary:
DB2 Mainframe (z/OS) DBA responsible for database performance, availability, security, recovery, and capacity planning. Acts as a technical lead, mentoring junior DBAs and handling complex production and DR activities.

- DB2 Utilities: REORG, RUNSTATS, COPY, RECOVER, LOAD/UNLOAD
- Performance tuning & monitoring
- Backup, Recovery & Disaster Recovery
- Capacity & storage management
- Production support, incident management
- Mentoring / team leadership
Experience:
- 8+ years DB2 DBA experience
- Bachelors degree (IT / related)
