Our Project Development and Finance Practice specialises in advising clients on the legal and financial aspects of large-scale infrastructure and development projects. We support clients across energy, transportation, real estate, and public infrastructure, structuring and negotiating agreements, managing compliance, mitigating risks, securing funding, and navigating transactions to bring projects to fruition.
