**Schedule**: 8:30 am a 6:00 pm Monday to Friday

**About the Role**
Uber Freight is looking professionals in the area of finance to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; plan, assign and direct work; appraising performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems.
- Supervises accounts receivable staff and manages workflow to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Workload distribution to maximize productivity, performance and cash collection
- Prepare aging reports and proactively manage the collection process
- Determination of the provision for doubtful accounts according to IFRS
- Support cash flow forecasting based on accounts receivable collection
- Comply with internal control procedures and provide requested information
- Review and route credit notes according to limits and corresponding group
- Review and reconcile customer account statements with general ledger information
- Prepare journal entries and perform general ledger account reconciliations versus the AR module
- Provide information for external audit or government authority
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned
**Basic Qualifications**
- Advanced english
- Effective communication
- A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
- Leadership experience 3 to 5 years
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
