Job Description
An Associate Manager-Account Management is responsible to consult the client and ensure effective implementation of planned campaigns for the assigned brands. As a representative of Dentsu , the personnel will aid its clients in delivering value for campaigns by means of innovative communication solutions, conceptualization and detailed analysis of strategies & campaigns thereby contributing to overall brand management and achieving excellence with the team
Key Responsibility
Act as client’s constructive point of contact for digital management matters
Suggest, design and effectively implement set digital strategies, projects to increase ROI for assigned brands basis their specific requirements
Act as a gatekeeper for content posted to all channels; review and edit posts to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand voice and standards; curate, manage all published content
Proactively collaborate with respective internal teams to conceptualise and execute the project & campaign requirements on routine basis thereby nourishing internal teams’ partnership
Set and monitor KPI’s measuring the impact of digital media strategies, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns
Proactively guide teams’ response and reaction to the changes within online media networks viz. changes in functionality, methods of engagement, addition of new features and more
Monitor and oversee social media buzz reporting and communication; manage social listening vendor(s), and solutions for premium social media reporting
Effectively utilizing media & respective online tools thus aiding the brand strategy
Planning & presenting Monthly, Quarterly & Bi-Annual Campaign plans for the brand
Ensure that campaign deliverables meet requirements and exceeds expectations
Maintain frequent contact with clients thereby fostering a strong, long-term relationship
Address respective client queries timely and effectively
Identify new opportunities, manage existing clients and help in business growth
Attend & oversee coverage during on-ground events & workshops as deemed necessary
Liaison with third party vendors, influencers, partner firms on behalf of the brand for campaigns & projects
Effectively overcome and manage critical challenges with passion and precision
Make efficient use of new trends in digital industry for regular research and to devise implementation of related studies & techniques in routine
Be actively involved in SEO/Tech/Media/ORM/Research/Ecommencify efforts with the support team(s)
Effectively manage, guide & train the immediate team of Digital Media Executive(s) & Sr. Digital Media Executive(s)
Qualification Requisite
1. Postgraduate, Graduate or holder of UGC approved Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent
2.Certification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM / Ecommerce/Strategy or Planning will be added honors
3-4 years of work experience with a brand, digital/social/advertising/creative/media agency
Technical Skills
Advanced knowledge of Social Media Channels, Digital Media and Online Marketing and abreast with latest industry trends, model, communication concepts, practices, tools, etc.
Dynamic written communication, presentation and oration skills; strong hold on language
Innate balanced analytical and strategic thinking ability
A brand thinker, understanding the relationship between media and business outcomes
Strong understanding of the changing role of digital media in brand development
Highly organized to be able to handle multiple deadline driven projects and workflows
Able to mentor/train, manage and guide a team of highly skilled individuals
