About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager – Data Science to lead strategic data science initiatives and deliver advanced AI/ML solutions for complex business challenges. This role involves managing end-to-end projects , mentoring teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure impactful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in machine learning , deep learning , and cloud-based deployments , combined with strong leadership and business acumen.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, AI, or related disciplines preferred

Must-Have Skills and Experience

Core Machine Learning & Data Science

• Advanced knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
• Expertise in ensemble methods, tree-based models, and time-series forecasting
• Strong experience in feature engineering, model optimization, and performance tuning
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy)

Cloud AI Development

• Experience deploying ML models on Azure
• Familiarity with MLOps pipelines, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD workflows

Deep Learning

• Hands-on experience with CNNs, RNNs, and transformer-based architectures
• Proficiency in TensorFlow or PyTorch for building and deploying models
• Experience in NLP and computer vision applications

Leadership & Collaboration

• Ability to manage data science teams and guide project execution
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in solutioning and proposal development for client engagements

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to Generative AI and LLMs
• Experience with multi-modal AI applications (text, image, audio)
• Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and workflow automation
• Research orientation with ability to experiment with emerging AI techniques

Leadership & Collaboration

• Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
• Strong stakeholder management and solution-oriented mindset
