JOB PURPOSE
Develops EPC based Site HR policy in consultation with Management and coordinates human resources activities covering the entire employee life cycle.

| Setting up of new project facilities (Office, Accommodation, Guest House, Canteen, Mess, Transportation etc.) | Taken up whenever there is a policy change |
| Effective Administration of Regular, Contractual, Project Specific, Sub Contractor and PRW's Manpower) | HR processes |
| Support all packages HR/Admin Team to ensure compliance as per process outline and effective Administration of Statutory Returns of Contractors to the various Govt. | Tracker/MIS |
| Ensure Proper Induction at Site Office, Monitor absenteeism cases & smooth HR Processes and Handle Disciplinary Matters. | Tracker |
| Prepare, Schedule & Review the Statutory Requirement and take corrective action as per Law. | MIS |
| Support & drive Recruitment & Selection - Manpower Planning to timely closure of the position, including Offer to Joining Process | MIS |
| Onboard formalities & Facilities (NJP), Induction Formalities, Employee Data base Management, Personal Files Management, HR Strategic Initiative, Learning & Development Activities. | MIS |

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
•Graduate with MBA/ PGD IR&PM with specialization in HR &IR
•Basic Computer Knowledge/ SAP
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
•8+ years of related experience. Must show successful track record in functional area.
•Demonstrate knowledge of HR Systems and tools.
•Knowledge of standards and best practices (local/ international)
