**What is the role?**



We are seeking an HRIS Associate Manager – Service Delivery & Operations to lead the delivery and optimization of HR technology services for a global employee population of approximately 9,000 employees. Reporting to the HR Technology Director, this role is accountable for HRIS operational excellence, service performance, and continuous improvement across core HR platforms, while managing a small HRIS team.



**What you'll do**



**HRIS Operations & Service Delivery**



+ Lead daily operations and maintenance of HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS, and ADP Workforce Now.

+ Own end-to-end incident, request, and problem management through a ticketing system (Jira).

+ Independently prioritize operational backlog to meet business needs and service commitments.

+ Define, monitor, and improve SLAs, KPIs, and service metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery...
