Role Summary

BIF-E&M Lead

Key Responsibilities

•Overall responsible for routine, non- routine maintenance and operation of Utility, HVAC and water system equipment
• Ensure Quality and Safety of products, personnel, and environment during manufacturing by implementing Good Engineering Practices
• Maintain equipment manuals and records, ensure adherence to established standard operating procedures and operating instructions and preparation and review of equipment, utility and facility layouts and P & IDs
• Participating in equipment qualifications and validations of HVAC system, facility, water system and utility equipment's.
• Preparation, coordination and execution of project concept note, project specific validation plan. risk assessment, URS, DQ. IQ. OQ, PQ, ergonomic trials, factory acceptance test, site acceptance test of all manufacturing & engineering equipment at site.
• Ensure annual service contracts for upkeep HVAC, utilities, water system inclusive of plant and facility maintenance.
• Handling of external contractor's agencies to carry out validations, fabrication, electrical and all other engineering services at site.
• Review of team member activities maintenance and its compliance like preventive maintenance, breakdown and facility maintenance.
• Review and implementation of change management viz., OOS, Change notifications, Incidents. CAPAs and responsible for investigation
• Ensure periodic training to team and review of engineering related SOP's and PMP's/operating instructions.
• Ensure availability of spares and consumables and adequate resources for smooth functioning of department and implementation of maintenance management system through SAP
• To monitor and track utilities Viz Electricity. HSD, FO, raw steam, and potable water and take appropriate measures to reduce the consumption.
• Budget and financial control for operating expenses of process, facility and utilities Coordinate with statutory agencies for compliance with applicable acts and rules of electricity board, boiler inspector etc
• Implementing energy conservation measures and water management procedures to minimize waste and control cost and work towards sustainable operations.
• To coordinate and drive corporate initiates viz: engineering excellence and safety.
• To support project team for ongoing projects at site and ideation and implementation of Continuous improvement projects at site.
• Execution and review of filter cleaning, filter replacement of pre, fine and HEPA filters

Educational Qualifications

Required Education Qualification:
Required Experience: 12 - 15 years
