Role Summary

Process Engineer TT-MSAT

Key Responsibilities

Scale up of cost initiative process of existing products from lab scale to plant scale which are involves lab demo, what if trial, lab trails and execution of development and validation batches. •Monitor R&D experiments & suggest modification for process development. •Preparation of PFD, P&ID, Equipment suitability, HAZOP, risk assessment, mass balance etc. • Preparation of PFD, P&ID, Equipment suitability, HAZOP, risk assessment, mass balance etc. • Suggest & prepare subsequent versions of MFR based on the trail batch taken Review of all project related documentation like MFR, e-BMR, Risk assessments. • Prepare technical reports based on the trials taken if necessary. •Execution of process development initiation in bulk products for capacity enhancements, solvent recovery and yield improvement. •Trouble shooting and establishing the process with trail batch in the plant scale. •New facility creation and modification in the existing facility for the running molecules. •Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, product specifications. •Monitoring and maintenance of raw material / Product inventory in co-ordination with seniors. •Achieving the production targets. • Production, raw material planning in co-ordination with Supply Chain Management. • Application of modern technologies into process wherever possible to ease the work flow & work. • Monitoring the process efficiencies. •Plant and Machinery modifications or Improvements. Providing resources for implementation related to the process. •Adherence to Good Manufacturing practices. • •To follow good laboratory practices

Educational Qualifications

Required Education Qualification:
Required Experience: 8 - 15 years
