- Placement Operations & Regional Execution
- Anchor and execute placement and work-transition strategies across Bihar and Jharkhand, with strategic and operational support to the North East region.
- Ensure steady BAU operations by managing placement calendars, deliverables, partner coordination, and team rhythms with reliability and responsiveness.
- Develop annual and quarterly placement plans in collaboration with regional and state teams and ensure timely execution at ITIs, Polytechnics, and VTIs.<...
