Should be Science/ Commerce Graduate, preferably Graduate in Engineering / MCA/ BE/B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent or higher qualification.
• Minimum Seven years Working Experience
• Experience of working in Similar Projects as proposed hypervisor Expert L3 in Public Sector Banks/ Private Banks/ BFSI/ PSU Sector/ IT Organizations

OEM specific certification with highest credibility according to solution proposed as part of the RFP.

• Check all Hosts in compliance with Host Profiles
• Check there any resource bottlenecks? Memory, CPU, Disk, Network? Do you have any, or need any, additional tools to have a better handle on this?
• Check for Firmware updates on Host hardware if require.
• Check for ESX Patches Quarterly
• Check for VM Patches Quarterly 
• Check VMware Tools version.
• Run scripts to identify the existence of VMs with snapshots and follow up to see if they are still needed.
• vSphere Tasks and Events at the VCenter Level
• Check V-Center Alarms
• Storage Latency & Capacity
• Average Write Latency per VM
• Cluster Memory Utilization
• Cluster CPU Utilization
• Manage the overall Data Centre operation for the delivery of the contracted services to the Bank. 
• Meeting and Exceed contracted Service Level Agreements. 
• Ensure compliance to SLA for system domain.
• Planning, implementation, and configuration of monitoring and maintenance server, storage, and Data Centre infrastructure. 
• Implementation and maintenance of System architecture components for managed services, implementation, and maintenance of System monitoring toolsets.
• Facilitate efficient cooperation and teaming with the different domains, Vendors and different DXC BUs based on agreed Operation Level Agreements.
• Initiate and get timely approval for changes in system domains.
• Review performance trends on periodic basis.
• Act as problem and change management lead for system domain
• Forecast growth and align technology changes to meet committed service level.
• Monitor adherence and compliance of process and procedures, regular review of existing process and procedures as per business requirement, suggest and implement changes to improve day to day system / DC operations. 
• Identify and arrange technical / operational trainings for team as and when required.
• Responsible for team management activates like shift scheduling, KRA definition, performance planning and review of team members.
• To deliver high-level Server performance and customer satisfaction. 
• Effective management of Server resource, driving Server delivery performances through stringent quality and process control. Responsible to handle Server team & manage customer expectation.

• Work as part of critical operations team
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Strong problem determination and resolution skills
