Job Description
**Main Purpose of Job**
Provide support on Maintenance and Improvement (M & I) professional and technical in the Factory for operational activities and during participation in CAPEX projects; doing so in line with corporate guidelines, enforcing that all M&I activities enhance business objectives, product quality and plant operation/performance, while ensuring that people health and safety, product safety are never compromised.
**Key Outputs**
+ **People Development.** Maintain and deploy the corresponding Engineering core Competence of his/her expertise. Assist training and skills assessment
+ **M&I.** Enable high performance Operations, by providing assets' Maintenance according to the Nestlé Strategy, using TPM/PM as the multi-disciplined approach to maintain/improve fixed assets, and AMM to manage their life cycle
