Associate Manager / Manager HR Operations

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Operations Manager to scale, lead, and enhance core HR processes and systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in ADP Payroll, Zoho People HRIS, HR analytics and metrics, and compensation administration, along with a demonstrated passion for HR and People Operations. This role is critical in building efficient, compliant, and data-driven HR operations to support Qualizeal’s rapid growth from 1,000 to 2,500 employees.

Employee Life Cycle Management:

• Own and optimize the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, performance management, engagement, and exit processes.
