Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Manager on second shift in our Monterrey Center of Excellence. As the Associate Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of your team, as well as the individual performance and development of each team member. Your primary focus will be on successfully maintaining service level agreements for internal and external customers and ensuring high-quality output.
The schedule for this position is Thursday through Monday from 14:00 to 23:00 with Tuesday and Wednesday off. Rest days may change as operations require. This associate manager will be on call on off days and, from time-to-time other shifts. Morning or afternoon meetings with internal and external customers are kept to a minimum but may be required and will be scheduled in advance.
