What you will do:



Creative Leadership

+ Establish overarching creative direction, usability standards, and design quality for multimedia and digital projects.

+ Inspire cohesive, visually elevated work across all formats, including motion, digital, print, and editorial design.

+ Translate business needs into engaging concepts that resonate with internal and store audiences.

+ Collaborate with designers and clients to develop templates, learning materials, videos, marketing content, and other visual assets.

+ Offer constructive feedback to elevate creative quality while maintaining consistency across all deliverables.

+ Contribute story ideas and creative treatments for video and photo shoots.
