Job Description
The Associate Manager, OnSite Operations leads regional execution of Stryker’s OnSite Services, driving operational growth, profitability, and service quality. This role manages performance delivery, employee development, and strategic initiatives across multiple accounts. The Associate Manager partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.

+ Manage regional operations to meet financial targets, growth objectives, and quality standards.
+ Lead and support Regional Supervisors, Team Leads, and OnSite Specialists in daily execution and performance.
