**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Uber Freight is looking for experienced professional supervisors with a background in the Transportation, Supply Chain, or Logistics field. Our specialists will supervise the day-to-day aspects of booking, shipping, tracking, and billing on both import and export shipments while providing excellent customer service to our customers. **This position is based in Tijuana.**:
**WHAT THE CANDIDATE WILL DO**:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with Customers through professional and timely communications, and inquiry responses.
- Ensure CSRs and Team Leaders achieve their goals and meet day-to-day operations’ needs.
- Source, coordinate Capacity assignment according to Customer’s requirements and needs with the Procurement/Capacity team that meet the financial and service expectations of Uber Freight.
- Monitor team performance.
- Secure and request automatization of rates in TMS.
