Associate Manager, People Operations

About This Role

This role provides excellent people services to our Klookers globally, ensuring compliance with local regulations whilst continually improving our people processes to create a positive impact to our employee experience. You will report to our Senior Manager for PMO and People Operations. The ideal candidate should be experienced in HR operations, have a strong sense of accountability and be a strong driver for continuous improvement. This is a hands‑on regional role based in Kuala Lumpur, primarily focused on the Malaysia market with the agility to manage and scale operations for additional Southeast Asian markets.
