Associate Manager - Performance Marketing

Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Manager - Performance Marketing (1–4 years of experience) who is eager to learn, experiment, and grow in performance marketing.

In this role, you will work hands-on with Google Ads and Meta Ads, support campaign execution, track performance metrics, and continuously optimize campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with senior marketers, creative teams, and analytics stakeholders to scale high-impact digital campaigns.
