Responsibilities
- Preparation of detailed schedule of works with detailing of activities in-line with original plan and in discussion with Planning Team and implementation of activity schedule on field.
- Preparation of detailed schedule of works with front wise detailing of activities in-line with original plan and in discussion with Planning Head and implementation of the schedule on field
- Monitoring progress of work (MIS) with reference to the schedule, identify gaps, mitigate the gaps to meet the timelines and quality aspects.
- Ensure execution through highest standards of HSE/Quality as per detailed drawings and specifications.
- Flagging out the issues in advance related to site and contractor as appropriate which need management intervention.
- Envisage any kind of execution risk related to timeline, cost overrun etc., appraise HOD and propose solutions to mitigate the risk/s.
