Associate Manager-Publication Writing

Are you passionate about transforming complex clinical data into impactful scientific publications? This role is for experienced professionals who thrive in end-to-end publications management and enjoy working closely with global stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

• Lead publication planning and execution

• Develop and review abstracts, posters, oral presentations, and complex manuscripts

• Create scientific slide decks, infographics, PLS, and communication platforms

• Ensure scientific accuracy, regulatory compliance, and branding adherence

• Collaborate with medical writing, project, and graphics teams

• Manage publication timelines and workflows using DataVision / PubsHub PM Solution

• Mentor junior writers and conduct peer reviews

• Engage directly with clients and authors

What we’re looking for:

• 8–12 years of publication writing experience (pharma / med comm)

• CMPP certification (preferred)

• Strong understanding of medical and scientific publications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Life sciences background (M.Pharm / PharmD / PhD / relevant degree)
