Associate Manager - Sustainability

Position Purpose

To ensure the textile mills operations fully comply with applicable labor laws, buyer codes of conduct, and environmental, health, and safety standards, while supporting audits, maintaining compliance documentation, and driving continuous improvement in ethical and sustainable manufacturing practices.

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare for and coordinate internal and external audits (SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, WRAP, Higg FEM/FSLM, buyer-specific audits).
• Maintain audit documentation, records, and corrective action plans (CAPs).
• Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely closure of non-compliances.
• Coordinate with buyers, auditors, and third-party agencies for ZDHC WW testing and incheck verification.
• Ensure implementation of health and safety standards on the shop floor.
