Purpose of the role
Contribute in the design of competency building initiatives to strengthen development-oriented culture in Amway India through introduction and implementation of various employee development processes and programs. Play a pivotal role in shaping our continuous learning and development experiences and fostering a high-performance and growth mindset culture.
Primary Responsibilities
Employee Capability Building /Development
Collaborate closely with Business leaders, HR, and other stakeholders to identify employee and leadership development needs and design tailored programs that align with our strategic priorities & direction
Program design & implementation to bridge skill gap in consultation with external or/& internal expert
Support a high-performing culture rooted in Amway Values, defined by accountability and shared success.
Ensure employees clearly understand our strategic direction and how their work contributes to it.
