**Basic Qualifications:**

+ High school diploma/GED with 1 year work or military experience, or an Associate degree
+ Bachelor's degree or 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Perform hands-on operations: equipment setup, cleaning, sanitization, and material weighing
+ Follow GMP documents (SOPs, MPs) and safety protocols
+ Troubleshoot and monitor critical processes; conduct in-process sampling and operate analytical equipment
+ Draft and revise SOPs and MPs
+ Participate in quality deviation reports and continuous improvement initiatives
