Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Track redemptions, manage merchandise inventory, and ensure payment data accuracy.
• Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including managing social media (TikTok), and tracking performance.
• Partnership Expansion: Support integration of DBS products/services into the partnership.
• Event Planning: Coordinate and execute partnership-related events and customer activations.
• Customer Feedback: Monitor and address customer feedback through surveys and program evaluations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Align with stakeholders, manage follow-ups, and promote the partnership internally and externally.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in marketing, partnership management, social media management and event coordination, preferably within a financial or retail context.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms (including TikTok), analytics tools, and project management software.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives.
• Proactive Mindset: Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement. This role provides an exciting opportunity to support the growth and success of key partnerships with POSB/DBS.
