Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ability to handle confidential and/or sensitive information.
  • Ability to stay focused under pressure and manage urgent tasks against aggressive timelines.
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships in order to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative and trust-based work environment.
  • Ensuring meetings are effectively organised and minuted, ability to prioritize meetings with optimal utilisation of time.
  • Ensuring implementation and execution of ATR once meetings are done, coordination with stakeholders, ensure review decks are received on time, etc
  • Ability to collaborate with teams across functions and provide administrative support to our leadership.
  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Responds to or routes priority or confidential inquiries from external or internal sources with correspondence or other messaging on behalf of the executive.
  • Open mindset and flexibility towards change and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience across regional and organizational boundaries.
  • All responsibilities should be performed as per Company Values, Guidelines, Policies as applicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct.
