Ability to handle confidential and/or sensitive information. Ability to stay focused under pressure and manage urgent tasks against aggressive timelines. Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships in order to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative and trust-based work environment. Ensuring meetings are effectively organised and minuted, ability to prioritize meetings with optimal utilisation of time. Ensuring implementation and execution of ATR once meetings are done, coordination with stakeholders, ensure review decks are received on time, etc Ability to collaborate with teams across functions and provide administrative support to our leadership. Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc. Responds to or routes priority or confidential inquiries from external or internal sources with correspondence or other messaging on behalf of the executive. Open mindset and flexibility towards change and unforeseen circumstances. Willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience across regional and organizational boundaries. All responsibilities should be performed as per Company Values, Guidelines, Policies as applicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct.
