Associate Medical Director

Position Summary
We are seeking a Medical Director who is responsible for:
Clinical quality, safety, and governance
Oversight of all medical and integrative care pathways
Leadership of the physician and clinical team
Alignment of daily clinical practice
This role balances strategic oversight, team leadership, and selective clinical engagement.
Required Qualifications
MD / DNB (General Medicine or relevant specialty) with valid medical registration
Minimum 7-8 years of clinical experience, including leadership or supervisory roles
Strong grounding in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, or lifestyle medicine
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary clinical teams
High ethical standards with strong clinical governance orientation
Additional Qualifications (Preferred but not mandatory)
Lifestyle Medicine certification (IBLM / ACLM)
Training or experience in Functional Medicine or Longevity Medicine
