Position Summary
We are seeking a Medical Director who is responsible for:
- Clinical quality, safety, and governance
- Oversight of all medical and integrative care pathways
- Leadership of the physician and clinical team
- Alignment of daily clinical practice
This role balances strategic oversight, team leadership, and selective clinical engagement.
Required Qualifications
- MD / DNB (General Medicine or relevant specialty) with valid medical registration
- Minimum 7-8 years of clinical experience, including leadership or supervisory roles
- Strong grounding in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, or lifestyle medicine
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary clinical teams
- High ethical standards with strong clinical governance orientation
Additional Qualifications (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Lifestyle Medicine certification (IBLM / ACLM)
- Training or experience in Functional Medicine or Longevity Medicine
- Prior experience in executive health, preventive clinics, or integrated care settings
- Exposure to protocol development, accreditation, or quality improvement frameworks
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Governance
- Provide overall clinical leadership across all medical and integrative services
- Establish, review, and enforce clinical protocols and standards of care
- Ensure patient safety, ethical practice, and evidence-based clinical decision-making
- Lead clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and outcome reviews
Care Model Oversight
- Oversee design and execution of longevity, preventive, and chronic care programs
- Ensure cohesive integration between physicians, lifestyle teams, diagnostics, and allied health
- Supervise complex case discussions and clinical escalation decisions
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate physicians and clinical team members
- Support onboarding, credentialing, training, and continuous medical education
- Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and clinical excellence
Patient Experience & Risk Management
- Uphold a premium, trust-based, hospitality-forward patient experience
- Act as the final clinical authority for sensitive cases, grievances, and risk mitigation
- Ensure high standards of documentation, consent, and EMR integrity
Strategic & Advisory Role
- Advise leadership on clinical strategy, service expansion, and innovation
- Contribute to protocol development, research insights, and thought leadership
- Support brand credibility through internal education and selective external representation
