Overview

This role supports the development and execution of product assortments and brand strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop category strategic plans through market analysis and trend assessment, and convert these plans into actionable items such as seasonal support documents and market research reports.
  • Design and produce seasonal and special event lines, ensuring the assortment meets customer needs and aligns with the business vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the product development process from end to end, including creating trend and product development direction packages for vendors.
  • Manage vendor development proposals, ensuring critical product requirements such as timelines, milestones, styling, quality, and value align with brand strategy and financial targets.
