Job Description
**Overview**
Element has an opportunity for an **Associate** **Metallurgist (2nd Shift)** . The Associate Metallurgist will support the metallurgical laboratory in performing a wide range of material testing and analysis activities. This role is responsible for preparing and analyzing metal samples, interpreting test results, maintaining lab equipment, and contributing to continuous improvement in lab practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in metallurgical principles, hands-on laboratory experience, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Salary: $30- $35/hour Depending on Experience + $3.00 Shift Differential
Hours: 2-10:30pm
