Job Description

Dispute Resolution – Civil & Commercial Litigation
The candidate will have a strong academic background, significant experience in litigation before various forums, and a deep understanding of civil and commercial laws in India.
The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with leading clients on high-value, complex matter.

Strong understanding of CPC, Indian Contract Act, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, IBC, and other relevant laws.
Exposure to court procedures in the Bombay High Court, NCLT, or District Courts.
Experience in handling litigation end-to-end, including briefing senior counsels.
Proficiency in drafting high-quality legal documents and pleadings.
Actively practicing in the Bombay High Court.
