Job Description
In this position, you will:
Conduct in-depth analysis of network performance data and customer usage experiences to identify areas for network quality improvement.
Prepare reports on network performance and quality, highlighting trends, observed issues, and recommending corrective actions.
Provide insightful network quality optimization plans.
Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for network operations.
Oversee Network Quality Assurance projects for major events.
Formulate comprehensive assurance plans, manage assurance workgroups, supervise progress, and provide post-event reports.
Handle other projects and ad hoc reporting as assigned.
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
At least 8 years of experience in mobile network engineering, operations, or quality management.
