Job Description

In this position, you will:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of network performance data and customer usage experiences to identify areas for network quality improvement.

  • Prepare reports on network performance and quality, highlighting trends, observed issues, and recommending corrective actions.

  • Provide insightful network quality optimization plans.

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for network operations.

  • Oversee Network Quality Assurance projects for major events. 

  • Formulate comprehensive assurance plans, manage assurance workgroups, supervise progress, and provide post-event reports.

  • Handle other projects and ad hoc reporting as assigned.

  • To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in mobile network engineering, operations, or quality management.
