Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical maintenance expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside supportive and skilled teammates.
You'll ensure the quality, cost, and delivery standards of vehicle maintenance meet and exceed customer expectations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering and operations), troubleshoot and maintain equipment, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of preventive and corrective maintenance of locomotives, but also perform inspections, repairs, and replacements of key components.
We’ll look to you for:
Preventive and corrective maintenance of locomotives
Maintenance of underframe equipment
Maintenance of air supply units and brake equipment
Maintenance of HVAC and roof equipment
Maintenance and troubleshooting of pneumatic brake systems
Replacement of traction motors, transformers, and other major equipment
Ensuring adherence to company procedures related to quality and health & safety
Reporting accidents or incidents
Planning, organizing, and prioritizing assigned responsibilities
Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing facilities as needed

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university (Regular Course)
Experience or understanding of rolling stock manufacturing or services (3-5 years preferred)
Knowledge of quality and health & safety standards and systems
Familiarity with maintenance of locomotives and related equipment
Proficiency in English and Hindi
IT skills, including MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Flexible and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn new skills
Strong team player with the ability to work independently
