Role and Responsibilities:

+ **5+ years of work experience in cash posting (depository reconciliation ,depository renew and denials**
+ **2.5 years + as people manager /team handling**
+ **Experience in handling a team / group of 15 to 20 FTEs**
+ Periodically review teams performance and recommend performance improvement plan wherever required, also suggest and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodology and suggesting automation of repetitive processes
+ Hands on in preparing daily, weekly & monthly operational metrics reports from the Practice Management/Billing System and ...
