  • Provide quality telephone customer service to patients and parents.
  • Answer both inbound and outbound calls to confirm and/or create dental appointments.
  • Deliver quality and superior customer care to every parent or patient on the phone.
  • Gather information accurately.
  • Coordinate with other areas of Benevis as needed.
  • Refer issues for further investigation to relevant department.
  • Possess good telephone etiquette, customer service and in particular focus on salesmanship skills.
  • High focus on customer service and satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Education/Experience:
    • Graduation from a senior high school or GED equivalent.
    • Prior experience in a call center or in the dental field is advantageous, but not required.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Computer skills: Microsoft Office and Edge.
  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Bi-lingual English...
